MEDICAL OFFICE/New Construction

PROJECT SCOPE: All Sitework, Utilities, Parking, Landscaping and Construction of New 2340sf building with full basement and attached 2 car garage on 1.9 acre on Fenton Road north of Baldwin Road/Mundy Towmship.
PRICING STATUS: All Drawings are complete and are now issued for final pricing. Supplier and Subcontractor Bids are due to Vantage via mail or fax or email by no later then Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 12pm. PLANS may be obtained from one of the following methods: (please read special notes below too)

Purchase from Blueprints Etc on Grand River in Brighton (across from C&C Sports and next to Meier Flowers). Blueprints Etc. address is 8105 W. Grand River, Brighton - phone: 810-227-1922. Cost of plans are approximately $1.75 per page. (NOTE: Ask for ROH Medical Office plans).

Review plans in Vantage temporary office at 3476 Hilton Pointe Ct. Brighton. Plans can NOT be removed from this office but you are welcome to review and use plans while you are there. Please call in advance to gain access code or to verify someone will be in office.

SPECIAL PRICING NOTES:

Review ALL documents and make sure read ALL specifications.

Download ALL addenda and review for changes/clarifications to the bid documents.

Specifications are ON THE PLANS. Sheets A6 and A7 for architectural trades and M6 and E5 for MEP trades.

Base bids must be PER PLANS and SPECS. Substitutions and cost savings ideas are to be kept SEPERATELY and not lumped into base bid.

There are currently THREE ALTERNATES and ONE VOLUNTARY alternate we'll propose:
A1: Add wood framed basement perimeter walls around basement walls with insulation and 5/8 drywall finished and painted.
A2: Add wood framed raised floor at Reception area #104
A3: Geothermal mechanical system per Mech Dwgs.
VA1: Substitute metal framing for all non bearing interior walls in lieo of wood framing.
