History

Vantage Construction Co was founded in 1996 by Scott Visger and Brian Parsons. Although Vantage Construction Co. is a relatively young company, between them they offer over 50 years of experience in all aspects of Custom Home Building and Remodeling as well as Commercial Construction too. 

Scott, a Civil Engineer from Lawrence Technical University, got his start in the commercial construction industry in 1982. His broad experience includes everything from Field Superintendent in his early days to Project Manager and Chief Estimator for multi million dollar developments and high tech. projects. 

Brian's experience is deeply rooted in residential construction. Brian provides his hands-on experience in residential carpentry, remodeling, project supervision and management to complete the management team at Vantage Construction.

Since establishing Vantage in 1996, Scott and Brian together with their experienced staff, have built over 100 custom homes ranging from $200k to $2.0M, completed over 70 remodel project of all types and sizes, and done over a dozen small commercial projects.  Customer satisfaction, quality workmanship and outstanding value have always been the KEY COMPONENTS to all Vantage projects regardless of size.  Vantage is proud of the fact that 90% of the project leads they get are by word of mouth from past satisified customers.
