Excellence does not come easily - it is the result of careful attention to details and hard work which is something the staff at Vantage does everyday. Vantage is not a mass production builder. We limit our production to 4 to 8 homes, 4 to 6 finished basements and other remodeling projects, and 3 to 4 commercial projects a year to ensure personal attention and quality control.

Vantage Construction Co.'s professional staff of Designers, Project Managers, Field Supervisors and Carpenters provide professionalism both on-site and off. We have the organizational structure in place to maintain costs, schedules, customer selection and follow-up services that most small builders simply cannot offer. At the same time, Vantage Construction Co. is not so large that the customers' questions cannot be answered quickly by individuals with field experience and building know-how.
