A.) Recently completed:

3. Byron Road Medical - Exterior Renovations and Utilities (Howell, MI)          
4. St. Joe's Health Care Clinic/Exam 2400sf (Fowlerville, MI)          
5. St. Joes/IHA - Suite #208 2000sf Clinic Remodel (Plymouth, MI)  
6. Troy Sports Center - office remodel/conversion (Troy, MI)  
7. 10,000sf Indoor riding arena and Boarding stalls (Manchester, MI)  
8. Troy Sports Center - office remodel/conversion (Troy, MI)

B.) Projects underway: 

1. Kensingston Ophthalmology Clinic - new 4610sf eye clinic (Brighton, MI)

1. Medical Office Bldg - Mundy Twsp, MI:  New 2340sf office building and all related sitework.  Plans are currently issued and PRICING is UNDERWAY and due April 29, 2009.  
2. Indoor Tennis Club Courts and Clubhouse - Royal Oak, MI:  Site work and contruction of new covered 6 court tennis facility with clubhouse.  Budget complete.  Planning with local officals underway.  
3. Ice Arena Facility - Michigan: Site selection and design pending.  Budget pricing pending.          
4. Platt Road Office Building - Ann Arbor, MI:  Site work and construction of new 13000sf two story office building.  Plans to be available shortly.
